Trip Monkey Zona G Hostel - Bogota

The location of the hotel was fantastic! It was surrounded by a wide array of restaurants and cafes, making it convenient to find meals. Moreover, it was a short taxi ride to all the main tourist attractions, such as the Museo del Oro. Additionally, the staff was friendly and always present, providing helpful service throughout our stay.

The hotel lacked a nice lounge area, which would have been a great space to socialize and relax.

The hostel had really comfortable and spacious beds, with privacy curtains for added comfort. The location was fantastic, situated in a safe and vibrant neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any queries or requests. the hostel provided lightning-fast internet, perfect for staying connected and working remotely.

The hostel lacked a social atmosphere, making it difficult to meet and interact with fellow travelers. The dorm rooms were not adequately soundproofed, allowing noise from outside and the reception area to disturb sleep.

This hostel in the heart of a trendy neighborhood offers lightning fast internet, delicious breakfast , comfortable and spacious double beds with privacy curtains, and a fully stocked kitchen. the location is safe and surrounded by tasty restaurants, and the staff is accommodating and helpful.

Felt almost like at home, no complaints.

We moved here from the historic centre for a few nights and really loved it! Quiet, small hostel, fantastic breakfast available at a very small extra price - fresh cooked waffles and eggs and fruit, so delicious! On-site laundry. Helpful staff. Nice seating area at front but secure to street entrance. Really great area to stay in and easy to get to historic centre if you want to in a cab, would definitely stay here if returning to Bogotá in the future.

Additionally, it is conveniently located near all the main tourist attractions, such as the Museo del Oro. The staff at this hostel were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The breakfast provided was also quite good, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The comfortable beds and the availability of double beds with privacy curtains were a definite advantage.

The small rooms were a bit cramped, making it difficult to move around.

The breakfast served at the hostel was delicious and definitely worth the extra price. The location was great, with easy access to the historic center of Bogota. The hostel also had on-site laundry facilities, a convenient bonus.

There were a few minor inconveniences. The private bathroom, although not ensuite, was nice and clean.

We had a room issue, but they quickly found us a suitable alternative. the private room was spacious and comfortable, and the dorm beds were large with individual lockers, lamps, and power outlets. the well-equipped kitchen had ample storage space. the location was central and convenient, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. They even provided shampoo and conditioner.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help me. They even found me a different room when there was a problem with my original one. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, whether it was the private room or the dorm. The bunk beds in the dorm were double/queen size, giving plenty of space. Each bunk had its own locker, lamp, and power outlet. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there was ample space in the cupboards and fridge to store food.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

I recently stayed at Trip Monkey in Bogota for a week and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting me with my bags. The hotel itself was impressively clean and well-maintained. While it may not be located in the city center, the neighborhood it's situated in is fantastic, with a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. it was a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel.
